Our suite on the first floor features an exclusive 40-square-meter private terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze from dawn to dusk. It consists of two areas, a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with a bathroom with the possibility of adding a third bed. It can comfortably accommodate couples, families with up to 2 children, and single travelers. Each accommodation includes beach service at the Florida beach resort with an umbrella and two sun loungers.

This apartment, renovated in 2021, is located on the second floor with an elevator, in a historic building, "Il Cantinone", renovated in 2015. It is in a great location 30 meters from the beach (about a 1-minute walk) and 60 meters from the pedestrian center of San Vincenzo. On the ground floor of the building is the Conad city supermarket. The beach in front of the house is one of the most beautiful in the country, with fine sand, crystal clear sea (blue flag) and no rocks.
