The two apartments are furnished in perfect traditional style of ancient Tuscany: wooden beams, terracotta floors and handcrafted furniture. Outside, there is a large garden and terrace with a panoramic swimming pool for private use overlooking the hills and vineyards, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the local landscape with a unique view of the medieval castle and spectacular sunsets.

Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

The studio is nestled in a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse on an olive farm near Casole d'Elsa, an unspoilt hilltop town in central Tuscany. The stone farmhouse has been restored over the years to create 3 totally separate apartments (one of which is my home) each with independent entrance , private terraces and garden space. The farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with spectacular views and magnificent sunsets. It is a calm and relaxed place, an idyllic retreat away from the crowds.
