Podere Vergianoni nestled in Chianti with a pool

Podere Vergianoni is a family-run, historic 17th-century property located in the beautiful Chianti hills of Tuscany, with the option of arranging a private shuttle and local experiences directly with our family. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle and vineyards with unique sunsets.

NILIA House: Sea and relaxation at all times, with a garden

Ground-floor apartment (ideal for families with children) with a garden equipped with a parasol and table for comfortable al fresco dining. Convenient parking and easy access to the sea, which is 100 metres away. We accept small to medium-sized pets. Sheets, towels, cleaning products and washing machine detergent, a hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Smart TV and Wi-Fi connection are provided, so you can also work remotely. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Joyful, pop-colored 70s apartment, newly renovated, within walking distance of the sea and the center of San Vincenzo (also accessible by train). Ground floor, direct access to the garden. Ideal for smart working. Pets are welcome (12 euros). The garden (which many years ago Decano created with patient care) is large and intimate, suitable for lunches and dinners amidst greenery. Functional, modern and well equiped, the apartment's soundtracks are Donna Summer, Abba and the Ricchi e Poveri.

The house is located on the ground floor of a quiet and reserved building, just steps from the beach and the center of the village. In the residence there is a pool (June 15 - September 13)

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

Our ground floor suite with sea view was created specifically by breaking down architectural barriers, designed in detail to offer comfort and ample space. A single room but offering privacy, kitchen-living room with sofa bed, sleeping area with double bed and bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate couples, families with a maximum of 2 children. Each accommodation includes beach service at our Florida beach club, which includes an umbrella and two sun loungers.
