La casa è situata al piano terra di una palazzina tranquilla e riservata, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro del paese. Recentemente arredato con cura, dispone di zona living con TV, cucina attrezzata, una camera con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli, bagno con doccia, un ampio balcone, riscaldamento e posto auto gratuito. The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.
