Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

We are in a privileged location, a few minutes' walk from the beautiful seafront, the Naval Academy and Terrazza Mascagni. We are about 2.6 km from the historic center of Livorno and 3.6 km from the port. It is located in a strategic position: 200 meters from the bus stop, 180 meters from the supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and free parking nearby.

It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.
