Lovely and charming fully renovated and very comfortable small house with a private garden, 2 terraces on the stunning 'Presqu'île de Giens'. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. 4 minutes walk to stunning beaches (among them 'plage du Pradeau') and creeks and departures boats to Porquerolles, one of the 'Golden islands'. 4 mns by car to the best kite surfing spot in the South of France. Private parking & access to the Résidence's swimming pool (open from end of June till September/Oct).

Oubliez la voiture, la plage est au bout de la rue, le petit port de pêche pittoresque à 10 minutes à pied, les commerces de proximité et le marché du vendredi. No rate increase for 2025. The accommodation is close to the sea, restaurants, shops, beaches. It is new and independent of the main accommodation.
