Lovingly renovated 2-room apartment plus optionale a separate attic room in a beautiful 19th century villa. The house is quietly located in a small cul-de-sac in the Portissol residential area of Sanary. The old town, the harbor and the beaches are only a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment is very lovingly furnished: a spacious bedroom, the living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. It is possible to rent the attic room for up to two children / teenager for an extra charge.
