We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016, and it was love at first sight! Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50 meters away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. The building is quiet and located by the sea. You can swim in the rocks located at the foot of the building and are a few minutes walk from the port, the market and the beaches. Non-nominative parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. It may happen that there is no space. In this case, you can unload the car at the foot of the building and park in the area near the footbridge at the top or in town.
