Spacious, lower floor (220 sqm) with 2 terraces. 2 bedrooms (each with double bed), 1 bathroom with tub and toilet, 1 separate toilet, living room with billiard table (caramboulage), large dining area, large kitchen (fully equipped). Facilities: washing machine, W-Lan, TV. Connection: S-Bahn connection (S1/S2 to Heidelberg, Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Sinsheim) 10 minutes walk. Bus connection to Heidelberg 7 minutes walk.

Here you can enjoy or work in Heidelberg in a fantastically beautiful environment with unique views and in peace. The room belongs to a very large duplex apartment in a well-kept, landmarked villa. In this apartment, 3 rooms are available for guests. Two guests share the spacious bathroom and all guests have a large, equipped kitchen, as well as a loggia and 2 seats in the garden. Beautiful townhouse with garden on the wine route

This 1920 jewel is located on the edge of the vineyards and yet centrally located in the beautiful spa town of Bad Dürkheim. Shops, train station and the spa park with the saline are in walking distance. A short stroll over the vineyards leads to both the Palatinate Weinsteig and the Palatinate Forest with many hiking and refreshments, ideally located for hikers and mountain bikers . A lovely place in every season.
