Monthly Rentals in Sanibel

James's Airbnb on Sanibel Island is AMAZING. It is a tastefully renovated elevated 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms have plenty of vanity space. The showers are great as well. The house is just a short walk to the world famous Bowman's Beach - best shelling in the state of Florida. Communication with James is almost instantaneous - he responds very quickly to any question or concerns. If there were a step above Superhost - I would nominate James. Superhost++++++++. This place was awesome, plenty of space for four people. It's very very close to the bridge to get to sanibel. The house was very clean and had great bathrooms and kitchen! Overall 10/10! We had a great time and found more shells than we knew what to do with. Hosts were super friendly and responsive as well!

Loved staying at this little gem on Sanibel! Walking distance to many things, but mostly rode a bike everywhere during my stay, which is the easiest way to get around. The unit is on a busier road, but really not an issue and at night everything is super quiet on the island. Ryan and Nicole were very responsive and worked to resolve anything out of the ordinary that came up. I enjoyed my month on Sanibel and plan to return next year!!!

Rebecca’s place was amazing! The apartment is brand new, spotless, and had everything we needed—from extra towels to a well-equipped kitchen. The beach is a short walk away, and the condo came with beach chairs, towels, toys, and an umbrella. We loved the fully screened-in balcony, which kept the bugs out, and allowed us enjoy the weather. There was some light construction nearby (repairs from Ian), but it was minimal and didn’t impact our stay. We had a great stay and would happily return!
