The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has an upscale, friendly-modern interior - with underfloor heating, fireplace, private sauna, Sky and Netflix and a BOSEbox

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-kept 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We took over this in 2018 and refurbished it (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 schoolchild) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (sufficient dishes, coffee maker, TV). No Wi-Fi!

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.
