We were very pleased with how spacious the apartment was and the balcony especially. The host was very kind and allowed us to enter 2 hrs earlier and leave 1 hr later which we really appreciated. The building staff were very friendly as well.

Simple and cozy place with everything you need for short and medium stays. The air conditioning, essential in Santa Cruz was great, it didn't make noise, the bed linens clean, and everything works perfectly, and when we needed it they responded right away. Quiet neighborhood, basically to serve the public university a few blocks away, with bus lines in front, several places to eat nearby, and grocery stores for simple shopping as well. Anyway, a good place for a couple to stay...

I booked this Airbnb for my father and he enjoyed the stay very much. It was a good Airbnb and the price reasonable.

The host was predisposed to any questions or issues, the communication was fluid, and the instructions were clear. The place is the same as the photographs, it was clean and had all kinds of facilities (plates, taxes, utensils, broom)

Excellent, the hotel has many things to do, there is a supermarket a few steps away which is quite comfortable. We arrived and the apartment was clean and tidy, the air conditioning works perfectly, and we had clean towels to arrange. In general, everything is very good, the place is comfortable, you can't hear anything if the windows are closed, everything is very good
