Graciela is very attentive from the first day , the house is very well located to go anywhere. i recommend them 100%.

If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

The cabin's location is excellent!

Very nice condo, beautiful house and comfortable for families of up to 8 people, Mrs. Toti (co-host) is super attentive, of excellent character and very honest, we stayed during Christmas and we left an envelope with money (a gift from my daughter) Mrs. Toti made sure we got the money back.

Great place to stay in Santa Cruz, a few minutes walking from downtown, with several typical restaurants nearby. Clean and organized place, with air conditioning and kitchen with many utensils. Very good Internet for those who need to work online. The host helped us a lot with various tips and information.

Have a good weekend in this place, the common areas are beautiful, as is the apartment, clean and tidy. The Host was attentive to everything, I recommend this place which is very nice.

Emanuel was an amazing, very helpful host. The place is amazingly maintained , the building is stunning and the apartment was very neat and orderly. I enjoyed my stay and had an amazing host experience. Anytime we go back if we're in Santa Cruz again, we'd love to Stay again.

Fantastic spacious condo has nice balcony with city views. Very comfy feeling with comfortable furnishings & bedding. Good air conditioning, wifi, lots of little cafes & bars near by. Friendly 24 hour staff. I stayed over a week so I needed few items to cook with & they were delivered in an hour. Darker curtains or blinds in bedroom, for me it was to light in early morning, plus more than one roll of toilet paper would have been nice. Perfect place and host was extremely responsive to my needs with quick results.

We were very pleased with how spacious the apartment was and the balcony especially. The host was very kind and allowed us to enter 2 hrs earlier and leave 1 hr later which we really appreciated. The building staff were very friendly as well.

The host was predisposed to any questions or issues, the communication was fluid, and the instructions were clear. The place is the same as the photographs, it was clean and had all kinds of facilities (plates, taxes, utensils, broom)
