Excellent location, nice apartment, the photos do not do it justice they have the use of a phenomenal pool that overlooks the Green Tower! The sofa bed is a little hard and has no decor (TV or furniture) in the living room, but a recommended place 🙌🏻

Gaby is an excellent host who is always attentive, responds quickly, friendly and looks for a way to solve any inconvenience you may have. The guards in the reception are also very friendly. Everything was perfect 👌🏻

This is exactly what we needed and where we needed it. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient for travelers who don’t want to be in the busyness of the city. There are little food trucks right outside the community and micros (public transport) are easy to access from the community as well.

This place was a pleasant surprise, despite the location in the city the house has a lot of outdoor space, it is ideal for putting together a picnic with friends and family or some event. Everything is very well cared for, clean and ready to enjoy

We were very pleased with our stay. The house is in a quiet area and had exactly what we were looking for. Easy to take Uber to hipermaxi and shop if you want to cook your own food, or go into town if you want to go sightseeing. The service was very high and the staff were available all day. We would be glad to come back!

We were very pleased with how spacious the apartment was and the balcony especially. The host was very kind and allowed us to enter 2 hrs earlier and leave 1 hr later which we really appreciated. The building staff were very friendly as well.

It was a perfect apartment (with 4 separate bedrooms) for me and my friends in Santa Cruz. Lots of space for everyone, great views from the 12th floor. We stayed there for 2 weeks so I can definitely vouch for Andrea's apartment. I would definitely rent it again. Security guards at the main gate keep a good tab of everyone going in and out so it definitely feels safe. Gracias Andrea!

The place is very comfortable and welcoming, close to everything! A strategic point for walking, and walking to shoppings, restaurants and tourist buildings. Johana was always attentive and present to our inquiries, and orders!

Excellent we had a good time with my family in the apartment, just what we were looking for to spend a few days for Christmas, everything in order, clean, very spacious the spaces of the apartment, I recommend it
