Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with two additional beds. Our apartment is located in the quiet village of St. Magdalena and offers magnificent views of the Geisslerspitzen, which are a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The small apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building and is simply and lovingly furnished; the spacious balcony invites you to linger. The apartment has a garage. The Villnössertal is very well served by public transport and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours.

Here you can enjoy the wonderful view over the surrounding mountains, green meadows and forests. Moreover, it features a private roof terrace. The sofa bed in the living room is 1,6 meters wide and can accommodate 2 guests. Washing machine & dryer can be used for a fee.
