Monthly Rentals in Santa Marta de Tormes

I give Inmaculada and her place the highest marks possible because her place is perfect for a stay and she is always prompt to help and answer to any request. The apartment is right in the Historic Center of Salamanca only steps away from the Cathedral, Rua Mayor, plaza Mayor and all other important buildings in the city. The apartment is spacious, well kept and supplied with everything you might need. There are restaurants and markets very near to get everything you might need. Whenever I contacted Inmaculada she responded right away. I stayed there for three months and only have good things to say about my stay!! Thanks Inmaculada!!

Very clean and close to everything. Parking garages or if you get lucky a place on the street. Would recommend !

Really great stay at Juan’s place! Everything was like the pictures with a good amount of amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. As we were driving, it was a great base to visit Salamanca as it was just a 10 minute drive to the city center, with paid parking spots available. Highly recommended for those driving and prefer to stay in a quieter area while not wasting too much time traveling to the city center! Thank you to Juan and your parents for the great hospitality ☺️
