Ideal location for walking, cycling, cultural and culinary enjoyment, golfing, visiting the beach and much more. The apartment is a two-room apartment with a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room and therefore suitable for 4 people. It has its own entrance separate from the villa.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
