Loft holiday rentals in Santo Domingo

Excelente ubicación, en una calle tranquila. Nos hospedamos solamente una noche pero fue sin duda nuestra mejor elección. Se encuentra cerca de restaurantes y zonas de interés que puedes visitar a tan sólo caminando unas cuantas cuadras. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Gute Kommunikation mit Antonio, etwas durch die Bürokratie von airbnb gestört. Lage der Wohnung ideal um die Zona Colonial zu erkunden. Gute Regelung für ein "late check out" ebenso für die erste Übernachtung in der zu viert und nicht zu zweit wie ursprünglich vorgesehen. Co-host Inocencia sehr hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert. Das Küchengeschirr könnte durch ein Wasserkocher oder pava und eine Teekanne ergänzt werden.

El acceso fue fácil y rápido el check in, siempre responden de inmediato, el apartamento es tal cual la descripción de las fotos, pudiera mejorar el tema que tienen con la TV, pero es algo manejable, lo demás todo muy bien

Excelente. El departamento con todas las las comodidades, y el hospedaje lo mismo. La gente muy cordial. Tiene bajada directa a la playa y desde allí se puede acceder caminando a otras. Super recomendable!

Para mi gusto, el apartamento me gustó más aun que en las fotos. Es muy amplio y luminoso. Todo estaba limpio y debidamente acondicionado. Volveré seguro.

Great place to stay! Host is amazing.

Stayed here for two nights with my daughters and wish we were able to stay longer. This penthouse was beautiful and my daughters loved it here. Oscar,B’s was a great host and his assistant who showed us the whole penthouse. The private pool area was the best and the whole place was just beautiful and the pictures don’t give it justice. Can’t wait to come back to DR cause I’ll definitely book here again!

Our stay at Ricardo’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ricardo was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication a breeze.

The penthouse apartment is very spacious and in the center of many activities including restaurants and shopping. In the morning there is an amazing breeze that fills the living room space and the sunlight is also wonderful. There is also a pool table in the top floor of the penthouse which is also spacious. Our hostess Johanna and her family were gracious and very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this apartment.

For the price this is beyond great. The embassy was close. And a colmado was right next door. If you pedidos ya the location might get mixed up but it’s easy to fix. She was really sweet and responds fast. I recommend this place. It felt safe and the drivers we took to multiple places said the area is a good location.

It was a great place but at the end they tried to charge for things that were not listed in the details. Even air bnb charge a service fee they were still trying to charge. Ants were everywhere in the house thtoughout my stay

Clean Cozy Apartment. Cold a/c in bedroom. No traffic noises. Tucked inside small neighborhood. Good for 1 or 2 guest.

I've stayed at this location several times. The host was always responsive to concerns.

comme précisé dans les autres commentaires c'est une rue avec beaucoup de vie, entre la musique et les chants lors des messes évangéliques. C'est l'ambiance de Santo Domingo ! l'appartement est grand, joli, confortable, avec eau chaude, un bon lit et un cuisine équipée. À tout juste quelques rues du centre historique. un bon endroit pour les jeunes voyageurs !

Joël n’habitant pas sur place il ne peut pas répondre à toute nos attentes mais la présence d’une co hôte extrêmement amicale et très réactive permet de passer un très bon séjour dans ce studio.
