Impeccable apt, perfect functionality, excellent cleaning (I have rhinitis and always suffer/I have ZERO problems. I felt comfortable). Karin's house is comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay. Complete kitchen, comfortable beds and is in a beautiful and quiet condominium. This was our second accommodation in this house. Karin responds quickly and leaves the house clean enough to welcome guests. We really like to stay there.

Vanessa was a great host, responded quickly, polite and helpful, check in flexible, gave tips about the city! Casa is exactly like the photos, location very close to the beach, we were walking every day, bakery, supermarket and a gallery very close to the location! Safe house, spacious garage, new utensils! I recommend and would come back more often!

The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet condominium amidst preserved forest. It corresponds directly to the listing description, with all equipment and furniture in great condition. The beach is quiet, well attended, mostly by local people. The condominium offers umbrellas and chairs. The host Fabio was very attentive, helpful and proactive. We only had one problem with the air conditioning in one of the was promptly resolved by Fabio, having no impact on our stay. During the stay we were able to count on the support of the housekeeper who provided us with a great tidying and cleaning and cooking service.

I had a great stay at the Agenor beach house! The space is very comfortable, well located and extremely clean. Agenor was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I will definitely be staying again in the future. I recommend it to all! All rooms with AC, swimming pool every day the caretaker did the cleaning, any questions can talk to the janitor or Mr. Agenor! Amazing, as per announcement.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. Clean bedding, all very well sanitized and decorated in very good taste. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.
