É bem localizado, estando próximo ao Parque das Águas uns 350 m, bares, restaurantes e todo o comércio que facilitará sua estadia. O prédio é familiar, oferece porteiro 24 horas, elevadores, interfone e um espaço Zen com wifi no térreo. Agora estamos com wifi exclusivo no apto. Rede e senha atrás da porta do apto.
