Very nice. The house has all the utensils you need for cooking and a beautiful view. The wooden deck, where the barbecue is, is a delight. At night, you can see the stars there. We felt at home. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted by Dona Cida with a wonderful homemade muffin!!! The house was extremely clean. Bed linen and towels, very clean and smelling. The kitchen contains many items, we only miss a microwave. The house is very comfortable, bigger and better than we see in the photos, exceeding our expectations. We inform that we went with a small puppy, and were careful to put a screen on the outskirts of the house. Check-in and check-out were flexible, making our stay easy. The center of São Luiz, is very close, and the little town is beautiful, worth knowing. We only have to thank you, and certainly in the face of an opportunity, we will return.

Alexandra's space is a charm! All well cared for, organized, clean! His mother (Dna. Benedita) is the one who welcomes us with extreme sympathy and affection! I felt at home, super well treated...the stay was short and made me want more! For sure, I intend to return to enjoy the city better and get to know the surroundings. São Luís do Paraitinga is one of those inland cities that still preserve traditions and history! Worth a visit...

Renata was super attentive, making our stay as quiet as possible. We feel very comfortable and the place is extremely welcoming, cozy and spacious, as well as quiet and with lots of nature around. The cleaning was impeccable, especially in the bathrooms. It was very worth choosing this accommodation, without defects!

Adriana's house is wonderful, super spacious, comfy beds and big bathrooms. The place is a piece of heaven, full of nature around, I've never seen so much kiss- flower that appear in front of the house to take the water from the plants. The experience of sleeping with the noise of the river that runs nearby is indescribable a place with a lot of peace to rest, Adriana is a great host, always available to ask questions and give tips, extremely friendly and affectionate. I will come back more often for sure!

Me and my family like it very much , the apartment is according to photos and description of the listing , a positive point is that there is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on the third floor , whoever is with two cars has a small square in front of the super quiet building that we left the second car there and we had no problems, tbm we use very good barbecue area by the way . Dona Maria who welcomed us very polite and requests a belezinha , and the owner of the extremely polite tbm apartment. We had a great stay .

My stay was great; Juliana was very helpful from the start. There were also Dona Neuza and Mrs. Maria who welcomed us. There was flexibility in the chek-in and the location is great, easy to find and close to the supermarket, pharmacy, snack bars, bakeries, Tenório beach and Praia Grande. The apartment was very clean and smelling, without mold and well aired. There is everything that is needed in the kitchen, fan in the bedrooms and in the living room.

The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!

i highly recommend both for the apartment that was impeccable, as well as for the reception of Maria who attended us very well and what caught my attention was that the moment I needed their help, they did not think twice , excellent reception and service . We stayed in the apartment during the Easter and Tiradentes holidays, and loved the experience! Even with the full city due to the holiday, the location of the apê is excellent and we were able to reach the beaches very easily. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. The condominium also offers various leisure options, such as swimming pool, toy library and courts, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Edenrique was super attentive from the start and helped us quickly get an extra spot for another car that went with us. We'll definitely come back more times! I highly recommend it!

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.
