Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

The apartment is identical to the photo, a beauty!!! Close to the beach, a beautiful view from the living room window. Kamila is super friendly!!! I highly recommend it!! We didn't have any issues with the stay.

The host Guilherme super gentle and flexible, the apartment was extremely clean and like in the photos. It has many useful and proper utensils for the beach. The infrastructure of the condominium is top, the pool is very good. The view is wonderful, and the area is close to the beach, my mother didn't want to leave 🤣 We will definitely come back more often. 🙏💕

Great. All as advertised. Spotless cleaning. It still had a dryer and coffee machine. Every day there is housekeeping. The condominium is Great, has free ice machine, which makes it much easier, in addition to the 24h market on the roof. Super close to the beach, I'll definitely come back more often!

I had already stayed 2 times at Gustavo Cobertura, in the same building, same tower, very , very good! This time, we are tb in the apartment of Flávia, which is experience apart. Each little corner thought with very good taste and creativity, making the accommodation go beyond just resting. Flávia, it was a privilege to have stayed in your beautiful apartment, we will be back for sure. Besides, the condominium's employees are extremely kind, polite and proactive. PERFECT!!

My family and I love the stay, we will definitely come back more often. Super attentive, helpful Charline and Andreia also greeted us kindly and showed us the closest trades. As for the house, it is perfect, spacious, with all the kitchen utensils (it was not necessary to take anything), impeccable barbecue area, internet functioning. Commerce and beach the exact two blocks. The only observation refers to cars that depending on the size (SUV), only one fits in the garage, but can leave the other on the street in front of the quiet garage (do not leave on top of the sidewalk, subject to a fine). We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

We spent incredible days at Helo's home! In addition to the house being very nice, everything is thought of in the smallest detail for our comfort. Luana's advisory makes everything even more special for its gentleness, readiness and excellent quitutes.

The stay was excellent, exactly as in the photos, the place is cozy, clean and well located, very comfortable and quiet everything went perfectly, and Beto was always very attentive, helpful and flexible with the check out time and my family if we feel at home we will be back for sure.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.
