Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

Second time I stay in this condo, passionate in the gym and pool area, unfortunately the pool was under maintenance, but it is something that is beyond the control of the hosts. Anyway, the hosting leaves nothing to be desired. Thank you again

The stay at Aline's apartment was great. Perfect for one or two people. Building with great infrastructure and personally in my favorite neighborhood of São Paulo. Aline was a great host, always willing to help promptly. I highly recommend it, I'll be back more often!

I loved the stay! Check in was flexible and the apartment is great: spacious, well decorated, with a great location and security. Since it was a business trip, it was a shame not to have stayed longer, but the next time I go to São Paulo, I hope I can stay there again!

Apartment very well located, in a safe region with easy access to everything. The space was clean, organized and exactly like in the pictures. The wifi worked perfectly throughout the stay, and the parking space was a great differentiator. Excellent cost-benefit, I'd definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful, without any kind of mishap. The very well equipped and very beautiful house, quiet neighborhood, great location (to walk to bars, bakeries and supermarkets), corresponds with the images of the listing. Alexandre always very helpful and provided clear and detailed information.

Simply, we love it! All as described in the description. Paulo, a sweetheart, left the check in and check out flexible, for us who were with children was great. The house is delicious, practical and cozy. Distance from the house to the beach follows a single line. Thanks, Paulo! We will be back soon.

The house is exactly the same as the photos. We received it very clean. The super-equipped kitchen with pans and utensils of all kinds. Super quiet enclosed condominium. The beach is more familiar and is a delight. The staff are all friendly and pro-active. Surroundings with markets, bakeries and restaurants. I highly recommend it! We had a problem with the air, which was quickly solved by Dalton. I will return more often for sure!

For being part of a condominium, where it has the entire beach structure, we only had the concern of taking our personal belongings! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Very cozy and pretty house with full kitchen, barbecue, pool, very comfortable rooms. Check in very fast, and the very comfortable beach service, it helps a lot when you go with children!

The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. The apartment is excellent, in an amazing location very close to some of the best restaurants/nightlife in Sao Paulo, and the top-floor gym and pool are incredible. Marcello is an ideal Airbnb host, very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The building requires pre-registration and facial recognition for entrance and exit, which was new to me, and was cool to experience, but also not something I'd expected, and which also made having guests more difficult. Overall it was a great experience, and I'd happily stay there again -- muito obrigado!

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.
