Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

The house is a dream! Good taste, well decorated, airy, well-equipped. The hydro is quite delicious and the condominium where the house is located is delicious, quiet, wooded. The house is close to the city and has a nearby supermarket. The house cleaning is perfect and the bedding is “hotel”. Tomas communication is excellent and he has given many tips on tours, always very kind. We spend incredible days at the house and want to come back!

The house is exactly the same as in the pictures and description, but the feeling of being there exceeds expectations. My wife and my 6 friends, we spent New Year. The house is in a rural gated condominium. It is even larger than in the photos. 4 rooms plus a private chalet, well equipped and with exclusive swimming pools and jacuzzi, as well as a pond where tilapia, pool, gym, whirlpool and even mini-market are available to guests. Near the Wine Road with great restaurants. Regina, responsible for the care of the condominium, super friendly and helpful (even a brand new reserve refrigerator put it in the house when the other one had a malfunction). We also hired the services of Valéria, recommended by Regina, which made an absolutely delicious New Year's Eve dinner. We'll be back soon!

Best airbnb possible. Hosts are extremely gentle and flexible with wonderful check-in and check-out times, and they also responded super fast at any time of the day, even at dawn they responded super fast. The place is cozy, with a paradise, sexy view, my husband and I were living a dream on this airbnb. The only defect of the site is that there are no ballad options around, but the room paid off so beautiful and delicious that it was to stay in the hydro relaxing, looking at the view or watching something on TV. The place is amazing and serves very well 4/5 people. the apartment is as in the photos and description and is very well located, close to the subway and to bars and restaurants. Although it is a busy region, the position of the apartment (more to the side of the property), allows for quieter nights. Igor is a great host, responds quickly and is quite flexible. For those who have children as well as I do the location of this apartment is perfect, perissimo of the beach and the market. No need to remove the car from the garage for anything. My kids loved the pool area. In the apartment there is a lot of utensils which was practical to me.

Luiz's space is very cozy and faithful to the photos, we had all the necessary support from his team. We will certainly be back.

The site is ideal for those looking for a connection with nature and tranquility. In general, the space is simple, but the bathrooms are renovated and the jacuzzi ensures great moments in the midst of nature. It is worth mentioning that the house is full of works of art!! The kitchen is well equipped. It did not bother us, but as a warning: the external space does not hit much sun, so the pool ends up freezing, even on warmer days. The lack of sunshine also ends up making the house more humid, especially in this time of many rains.
