Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

Lisa’s place was absolutely beautiful!! So clean and spacious. Super easy check in. Amenities provided were beyond expectations. Pool was great. Location was good just a short drive to downtown. Road noise is definitely there - but we were able to crank the fan to have white noise throughout the night and had no issues sleeping. Definitely recommend this place, felt like a home away from home 🌴🏠

Wonderful condo. The unit was clean and comfortable. The amenities were wonderful. Even had coffee and tea available! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Special details such as locked storage space, assigned parking, and a cart to transport luggage to the unit was very nice. A great two weeks in Sarasota. Thank you.
