At the cocoon of the 3 brothers, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: restaurants and local shops, the Aéroville shopping center and its cinema are accessible in 15 minutes by car. A 3-minute walk from the RER D to visit Paris, then go back to relax in the HOT TUB or in front of a Netflix movie. Asterix Park and the Sea of Sands are a 20-minute drive away, and Disneyland is 45 minutes away. The French Stadium is 20 minutes away. A perfect base for the Olympics.

Bus stops (124, 210) for Vincennes, Paris and the RER. 15 minutes' walk from the RER E (Nogent Le Perreux stop), 20 minutes from the RER A (Neuilly Plaisance). You'll have the whole house and garden to yourself. I'm in Le Perreux from time to time and live in the annex, which has its own entrance and is completely separate from the house.
