Spacious house on two levels surrounded by greenery and a step away from the sea. The house consists of a living area on the upper floor, with a terrace overlooking the sea, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor. The garden is accessed from the two floors and gives the house peace and privacy. You can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. The beaches of S'Archittu and Santa Caterina are a 5-minute drive, those of the Sinis peninsula are 30 minutes away and the coastal area of Bosa can be reached in 40 minutes.

Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

Torre del Pozzo Beach Ideal for families

Apartment located on a hill in the town of Torre del Pozzo, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, you can appreciate the tranquility and the scent of the Mediterranean maquis. The nearest beaches are a few minutes away by car and the main city, Oristano, is 20 minutes away. In the area there are bars, tobacco shops, pizzerias and typical restaurants, two small markets and an ice cream parlor. In the nearby town of Riola Sardo there is a supermarket, bank, pharmacy and other services.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
