Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

Apartment located on a hill in the town of Torre del Pozzo, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, you can appreciate the tranquility and the scent of the Mediterranean maquis. The nearest beaches are a few minutes away by car and the main city, Oristano, is 20 minutes away. We are located in Simaxis (OR) 7 km from Oristano, 5 km from the junction to SS 131. It is easy to reach the wonderful coasts of Oristano, 25-30 minutes away we find the beautiful and wild beaches of Sinis, such as Is Aruttas, San Giovanni di Sinis, S'Archittu, Mari Ermi, Torre Grande

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
