Holiday rentals with beach access in S'Archittu

Accommodation in a quiet, pedestrian area, with adjacent promenade. The kitchen area is equipped with many amenities: cappuccino machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc. There was food for both breakfast and a savory brunch (bread for sandwiches, ham and cheese). Very comfortable double bed. Impeccably clean. Very helpful host. Super recommended accommodation!!!

The apartment is well maintained, and I really liked the hospitality provided by Luca (rusks, packaged croissants for breakfast, water bottles for each guest on the bed with neatly folded towels, table already set, beach umbrella and stools, etc.). The apartment is near the historic center with its shops and restaurants/bars: you can walk there. More complex to find a parking space, but, however, if anything after a few minutes of searching, the place is found. The apartment is on the third floor, without an elevator, but this did not create problems, and is located in a quiet building. In the building next door there is a bar and a little further away there is a supermarket of a well-known chain. I would go back.

Perfect location to explore the beautiful old city.

Great space. Close to city beach (although not our favourite, but we had a car and could explore the area). The apartment was very big. And everything worked so well. A few big grocery stores within less than a 5 minute walk. Private underground parking in the building is a big bonus. (note: take your time the first few times. It’s a bit tight to get into depending on the car you are driving). Lots of extras like beach umbrellas and chairs. Really came in handy. We REALLY enjoyed our time at Gianni’s apartment. Hoping to get back there again.

Beautiful little house with a magnificent terrace, it seems to be on the beach even at home, breathtaking views of the sea from the emerald water with the sky that at sunset is painted pink and where you can admire the flamingos that live in the protected area behind. Direct access to the beach is priceless, in an instant you can dive into the waters of the sea or go down for a barefoot walk and get to the beach bar for an aperitif. This was in a perfect location. Non-restricted beach access directly across the street. A short walk to the old town city center full of restaurants and fabulous shopping. We enjoyed our time here.

Very lovely appartement near the centre of Alghero. Really easy to get to the old centre but also to the beach from here. Due to the two rooms it is also a very good accomodation to stay with children. The sunset is especially beautiful.

The Bau House is really a great place to stay where we felt immediately comfortable. Everything matched the description and the pictures. Anyone looking for accommodation near Oristano is very well taken care of here. Daniele was super nice, helpful and had useful recommendations. Would recommend the place to anyone.

francesca's apartment is located in a magnificent pine forest. We found it very clean and totally corresponding to the photo and description of the listing. the nearest beach is not the most beautiful and on tramontana days it is to be avoided

Very nice house with all the amenities you need, even the basics (laundry, shower gels, toilet paper, salt and pepper). The best in comfort with air conditioning. Beautiful terraces to enjoy the outdoors with incredible views. Beach within walking distance for good walkers because it goes uphill on the way back! Quiet neighborhood in the heights. Do your shopping before coming to be quiet but there's a small supermarket to help out.

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

We really enjoyed our days with Michela. The accommodation is in a great location by the sea and there are lots of things to do in the area. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped - we didn't miss anything. The communication was smooth and very good. She and her family made us feel very welcome. We can only recommend Michela's accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable apartment which had everything we needed. A lovely area to explore and we would like to return.

Lovely and welcoming host, very responsive when we've had a couple of tiny issues (one self-inflicted). The village is lovely and peaceful (we came in April) and a great location for seaside and day trips to historical sites and surrounding towns. Gighly recommend and one we'll definitely consider coming back to.

Beautiful accommodation with great location by the sea. Good restaurants in the area, good starting point for things to do (e.g. Sinis). Check-in was uncomplicated, parking was sufficiently available in front of the house. The location directly on the sea is great, but there is a construction site in front of the apartment (renovation of the promenade) and therefore the view of the sea is impaired.

Damiano had a bottle of bubbly and a plate of gourmet cookies waiting for us—and he was there to help throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Very well located apartment close to the old center. Bakery and shops nearby. Clean and well-equipped apartment. The garage is a big plus.

The stay at Gabrielle's was just perfect. The welcome was so warm that you felt right at home. Gabrielle gave us great tips for the surrounding beaches and restaurants and was always available to us. The place had everything you needed and the view was just magical. The old town of Alghero was beautiful and about 15 minutes away. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The place looked like the pictures, had everything we needed, clean water, beds were comfortable, and location is within walking distance to the center of town, restaurants, little stores…typical Italian small town feel. I appreciated the “welcome” snack ☺️ Great communication with the host.

Agnieszka is an amazing host - kind and friendly. Gave great recommendations on things to see and do. Explained how to use local transportation to get to the sites outside the city. We especially enjoyed her recommendation for a sunset on the rooftop of the Catalunya Hotel and a “must do” Neptune’s Grotto! And she brought us amazingly fresh lemons from her trees. She was always updating us on local events that were happening in town while we were there - local market days, festivals, etc.

Everything was great with our stay. Very good location to walk around the city.
