Grande terrasse de 70 m², piscine, jardin, salle de cinéma et espace fitness complètent des intérieurs chaleureux. Matériaux naturels et équipements écologiques simples à l’usage. À 10 minutes à pied du centre de Sarlat. Du 1er septembre au 15 octobre, piscine partagée avec les autres résidents du domaine.

Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

A beautiful 30 m2 studio totally independent of the neighboring property. With a pool shared with the owner. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The private terrace overlooks unobstructed countryside views. The owner's house is adjacent but she remains very discreet or even absent.

The vacation home

Newly renovated townhouse for 6-8 people (up to 12 with extra charge, to be discussed by message) with garden in the heart of Sarlat. It is mostly my main home and the place of residence of my cat (Patty) who just needs to be supplied with kibble, which is provided of course. A small pool is available for children (or for adults, to sit in the cool garden).
