The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg town centre. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the ground floor is approximately 115 m². This unit has two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a newly renovated bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The house is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and a porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. Total of 8 beds The beach is within walking distance and Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad are a short drive away. Parking space with room for 3 cars. Possibility for electric car charging.

Cozy little annex.

This small annexe is centrally located, a short distance from Kongstenhallen, the golf course, and the Old Town, with a ferry service to the city centre and good bus connections. A short distance to the grocery store. The annexe is located in our garden and includes a bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed (with two 80-cm single mattresses), duvets and pillows, a small, basic kitchenette with basic facilities, and a shower and toilet. Bed linen can be hired for an additional charge: £300 per person. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking.

It is a 15 minutes drive to Sarpsborg, where you will find shopping malls, Inspera and the water park "Superland". There is nice nature in the surrounding area with good opportunities for nice walks or training trips, either by bike or on foot. It is 15 minutes by car to Sweden. Høysand can offer a great beach with diving boards, playground, football field, volleyball courts, mini golf, tennis etc.

Strømstad is about 20 minutes away by car. 20 minutes by car to the idyllic Old Town in Fredrikstad. There are great hiking and cycling opportunities nearby.
