It is a 15 minutes drive to Sarpsborg, where you will find shopping malls, Inspera and the water park "Superland". There is nice nature in the surrounding area with good opportunities for nice walks or training trips, either by bike or on foot. It is 15 minutes by car to Sweden. Høysand can offer a great beach with diving boards, playground, football field, volleyball courts, mini golf, tennis etc.

The ground floor is approx. 115 m². Here there are two large bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a nice newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. High chair and sprinkler bed for children can be provided on request.
