You see the green space of the condominium and guess a park on the left: nature close to the city center. You can stroll, rest or run by the river. A very quiet area 5 minutes' walk to the train station and tram, 15 minutes' walk to the city center, essential shops 2 minutes' walk. You can access the 24-hour circuit by tram: Marie Marvingt Stadium stop (30 minutes) or on foot (5 km). When you leave the SNCF train station on the south side, head towards Saint Bertrand Church.

Frédéric and Gary will be delighted to welcome you to their quiet dairy farm, in a farmhouse ideally located in the Perche regional nature park. Gare de Nogent le Rotrou 10 min, Maison du Parc 15 min, greenway 20 min, Château Saint Jean 15 min, Route des Manoirs du Perche. Possible visit to the farm (cows, calves) depending on availability, bath linen provided.

We have 3 other bedrooms, one where you can sleep 4. Breakfast is included. We will provide you with towels.

With our children gone, we offer you a room with a double bed upstairs that was their own, with a bathroom (shower and double sinks) as well as a separate toilet. A kettle and microwave are available in the room. You will be able to access Wifi. And if you're motorized, it will be very easy to park nearby.
