In a house rebuilt at the beginning of the 19th century having preserved part of the vault of a 16th century chapel, you can enjoy on the ground floor a cozy living room with wood stove as well as a kitchen area and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a lovely mezzanine bedroom with sink and corner bathtub. Garden furniture is at your disposal as well as a heated swimming pool, in addition to two bicycles to discover Saint Céneri and the Alpes Mancelles.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. In the heart of Perche, come and recharge your batteries in our guest house. In the middle of the countryside, the guest house will seduce you with its location, the charm of the place, its comfort, its calm. There are many hiking trails from the guest house. The village and its many shops are easily accessible on foot, about a quarter of an hour by the small roads. Bretoncelles train station (Paris–Le Mans line) is 1 km from the house.

Our accommodation consists of a main room with an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a seating area with a sofa folding out and offering a large bed (2 places). There is also a separate bedroom (140X200 bed), a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, the lakes of La Monnerie, the pool, the city center... 45 minutes from Angers, Le Mans (the 24h) and 1 hour from Laval and Tours.
