We have put all our heart into the development of this wonderful place, trying to respect its history (1400 years) while providing it with all the necessary comfort for the most unforgettable stay. Possibility to accommodate up to 12 travellers, the 3ha estate is at your disposal in its entirety.

This accommodation, next to our house, is equipped for a family with young children. It is close to shops and the leisure base (20 m from the beach). The house is located on the edge of the Tuffé body of water (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as navigation allowed). Tuffé is located in the heart of Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24h circuit, 1 hour from the Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest motorway exit is 5 minutes away.

A l’étage, les pièces desservies sont deux chambres équipées d'un lit de 140*200 chacune, et d'un coin nuit aménagé d'un lit de 80*200 .
