This accommodation, next to our house, is equipped for a family with young children. It is close to shops and the leisure base (20 m from the beach). The house is located on the edge of the Tuffé body of water (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as navigation allowed). Tuffé is located in the heart of Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24h circuit, 1 hour from the Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest motorway exit is 5 minutes away.
