Private Cozy Third Floor Space

This was formerly a servant's quarters in a large colonial home on the third floor and accessed by a private stairway that leads from the first floor to the third floor. The living room and bedroom are both large with original wood floors and are appointed with a comfortable couch, chairs, full-sized bed, books, wall decorations, a big flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub and shower with all newer fixtures and there is also a small refrigerator and micro-wave. It is a totally private space.

The compact room has a full bed and is on the second floor, cozy and sunny. The room has two windows with blinds and blackout curtains, oak wood floor, window AC in the summer, two bed end tables, two lamps with USB charge ports, walk-in closet with a laundry basket, a table with with two chairs, a mirror, and a tower fan that can make white noise. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other second floor bedroom and a ground level room, which are also rented through AirBnb.

Modestly furnished bedroom on a quiet street in a busy area. The bedroom is on the third floor of the house, and on the same floor there’s one other bedroom and one bathroom. So, you will be sharing the bathroom with one other guest if there’s one during your stay.Room includes a double bed, nightstand, a desk, a sofa chair and a closet. Myself and my partner live on the first floor of the house, and we can be easily reached in person or through message.

This private basement suite is in close proximity to public beaches and only a 7 mile drive to Logan International Airport. We are a short ride to Salem too ! We are north of downtown Boston, the heart of Boston is 10 miles from our home. If you are driving, we suggest you park at the subway station close to our home and take the subway into the city. We also have a bus from our home that can take you into Boston.

Cozy but functional private bedroom with a twin size bed in a beautiful Victorian, 1/2 a block from the beach, I minute walk to a bus line. Then a two stop ride to the airport or 8 minute ride to downtown boston. The room only sleeps one person.
