New bedding + duvets + pillows (2025). New washing machine. 2 refrigerators. 20 minutes from the sea: Royan, Talmont sur Gironde. Close to Saintes, Bordeaux, Cognac, La Rochelle, Iles Oléron and Ré.

Enfin, vous séparant de notre habitation, vous trouverez une salle de jeu avec un billard américain et… Un bowl de skate! Vélos et planches de surf peuvent également être mis à disposition.

Studio apartment with 2 terraces in Royan in a 1900 villa. The beach of Pontaillac with its casino and shops is 550m away and the beach of the dovecote is 500m away. Everything is on foot, the central market of Royan and the city center is a 15min walk. There is a supermarket 800 metres away, and a parking space is reserved for you right outside the building. In a Belle Epoque villa, you can enjoy the sunsets with its large west facing terrace.

A 5mn de royan, proche des plages et de Saujon, parfait pour un séjour ou pour les cures. Studio complètement rénové et bien equipé, de plain pied avec terrasse et petit patio. Convient pour 2 voyageurs. Stationnement sur place. Proche des commodités, secteur calme. Draps et serviettes fournis à partir de 2 nuits, pour 1 nuit je demande 10 € pour le nettoyage. Le logement est mitoyen à mon domicile mais en retrait, préservant l’intimité.
