Whether you're with family, friends or on a solo getaway, this cozy home offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Capacity of 4 people and a baby. A ground floor reading corner, relaxing children's games and foosball. On the 1st floor, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with TV. On the 2nd floor, there is a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.

Quiet subdivision, parking is available in front of the house. From April to October, you can enjoy a terrace to have breakfast in the sun.
