Villa holiday rentals in Sauvian

We had a wonderful stay at the casa. The house and its exteriors are even more pleasant than in the photos, the details are very neat, it feels like home. The pool is fabulous! An outdoor shower is available, which is perfect for hygiene. We are a 5-minute drive from the beach, 5 minutes from the center of Vias, 15-20 minutes from Cap d'Agde (bikes are also available). Melanie was very responsive and available. You can feel through the decoration of the house and in the exchanges that the hosts are open and caring. A welcome booklet was waiting for us when we arrived with a lot of advice and special touches (candies, hair ties, drinks). We were a family of 6 and everyone was able to find their place and have their space, we recommend 100% the accommodation that appealed to young and old.

Aurélien was very professional, extremely proactive and responsive. He is a great concierge who has an eye to detail and is extremely sincere, which is rare these days. We will come back to its concierge, with our eyes closed in the future.

Carole's house is very comfortable and spacious ( more than in the photos!). It's new which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Air-conditioned (cladding so silent), plenty of storage, mostly new furniture. Impeccable cleanliness. Responsive and cordial host. The exteriors are highlighted, however we deplore the small opposite (it would be missing just 1.50 m of breeze seen) with the owners' terrace from the pool... The pool is perfectly entrenched and of sufficient size to have fun and cool off. Quiet environment, close to a forest, with the exception of sound disturbances by terraced houses under construction when you are outside. As for the situation, take into account rurality and the fact that you have to drive 15 minutes before finding a supermarket, a bakery. However, Vendemian remains central for visiting the cities or the hinterland. Thank you for a great vacation 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very good stay, excellent hosting. Flawless accommodation, very nice with pool and air conditioning. Well located, only downside is that it's near a cooperative and bottling is sometimes noisy but the owners are not to blame.

After a lovely stay two years ago, we rebooked this property again with no hesitation for our next family holiday in the area. The house is well laid out with air conditioning throughout which kept us cool during some high temperatures. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious, and we were happy just being by the pool all day. I also appreciated that the hosts let me know we could check in early on arrival day if needed, before I even had to ask. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

We stayed in the house for two weeks at the end of July, the villa was spotless and exactly as described with every amenity you could want. The outside area was a particular highlight with a full outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and a great pool with a separate relaxation pool that we used all the time. There was plenty of both sun and shade on the terrace throughout the day. The villa is in a quiet location and not overlooked, we found it to be really relaxing and peaceful. The village is a short walk away with regular market and small shops and bars, and a supermarket is a five minute drive away. Géraldine and Laurent were fantastic hosts who met us on arrival and gave us plenty of great local recommendations. We did not need to contact them during the stay but always felt we could if we needed to. We had a wonderful two weeks in the villa, and hope to return again soon.

we came to spend a weekend with friends and everyone was delighted! a super nice and responsive host. she didn't hesitate to give us nice little places in the area for all kinds of activities. the house is sublime, faithful to the photos and in a super quiet area and close to everything. we would recommend this house with all my friends!

6 years after my first visit, I'm not disappointed. Warm welcome, more than complete starter pack, flexible schedules when possible, pleasant pool. The new Jacuzzi is great. Too bad for the small flush problem but nothing that is spoiled the WE. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 min from the villa.

Great place to stay with my family. We used the plancha and the barbecue, enjoyed the pool. The lounge is amazing too chill out. There is plenty of seating for the whole family. We enjoyed the bar and sitting around, cooking together. Close to the beach, we got to walk with pizza and enjoy the sunset. Lola was great bringing some barbecue utensils as soon as I mentioned it to her. Everything was relaxed and enjoyable. I would book again.

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

We were a family group of 10, of all ages. We loved the pool (which Inne kept very clean) and the open kitchen which we practically lived in. There was plenty of shade available for those who didn't want to sit in the sun. The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived and everything worked. Inne and Kris were very helpful and friendly, particularly when we were trying to find a doctor. The villa is out in the country, situated next to another property, but that was no problem for us. The local town and supermarket was only a couple of kilometres away and Narbonne was an easy 15 minute drive. We also loved our visits to St Pierre La Mer, where there is a lovely sandy beach.

Pleasant, functional and very well-equipped gîte. There were 13 of us and we didn't want for anything! The garden and outdoor games were much appreciated. Thanks to Benoît for hosting us.

We rented this cottage to spend the holidays with family and had a wonderful stay at Myriam's. Our expectations were exceeded and the place is even more charming than the pictures. We will keep a very fond memory of this first Christmas with the family.

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. We had a great time, the house was very nice. Too bad the good weather didn't show up, we'll come back to enjoy the great outdoor space.

Marc and Isabelle's vacation home exceeded our expectations! It was very comfortably furnished, especially the pool was used by our children every day! The annex (bedroom+bathroom) separated from the main house was a highlight for the eldest! Isabelle and Marc were very hospitable and gave valuable tips on the surroundings/excursion destinations/restaurants etc.! We would rent the house again at any time and can recommend it in the best conscience!

Very nice little house, very nice pool and terrace, charcoal barbecue to enjoy beautiful quiet evenings. The house is in a small hamlet about ten minutes from the nearest shops, we really enjoyed the calm and the surrounding landscapes. The house is brand new, well-equipped and very clean. Nathalie was very kind, always responsive, our stay was really excellent.

An absolutely beautiful place. Everything you could want really. Allison and Allan were excellent hosts and we simply had fantastic time. Huge recommend. Will be returning whenever we get the chance. Pure relaxation.

A very pleasant stay. The villa is as described with some very nice extra surprises. Ideally located 15 minutes' walk from the beach - very quiet area. The pool was great - the interior of the accommodation is clean and as described (a little bit of dishes are missing but nothing dramatic - not too much wifi in the house but that's the point of the vacation). Finally, a quick note for Caroline who was welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it.
