Villa with garden,quiet area, 10min from the sea, between beziers and valras. Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, cat 2 bedrooms with a double bed each. Possibility of an umbrella bed for children(upon request). But, the garden isn't totally secure yet. Garden with wooden terrace, bioclimatic pergola, garden furniture. 2 parking spots. Nearby, sports fields (pump track, city, football, municipal swimming pool with slide, beach volleyball. Recommended for walks, hikes, mountain biking, to visit.

Quiet subdivision, parking is available in front of the house. From April to October, you can enjoy a terrace to have breakfast in the sun. This charming house is located on the edge of the village of Sérignan. The shops and market are just a 5-minute walk away. With a surface of 90 m², this house renovated in June 2019, includes a beautiful terrace of 35 m² and especially a splendid park with 1,800 m².
