My place is a perfect base in Sarlat for touring and relaxation near many interesting places like Lascaux. It's close to restaurants and dining, and you can walk to the historic centre. It’s good for families (with kids) and big groups. It's stylish, with a heated salt water pool and WiFi, open fire, two kitchens and UK and French TV. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighbourhood, and the outdoors space. And it's close to lots of castles and prehistoric caves. EV charger.

La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Périgord Noir Manor/Heated Pool/Countryside

In the Périgord Noir, in the Vezere Valley (a Unesco World Heritage Site), between Sarlat and Périgueux and a 5 minute drive from the village of Les Eyzies (World Capital of Prehistory); ideally located to discover the wonders of the Dordogne. The house, hidden in 22 hectares of forest, also houses a large natural pond fed by a creek (located 500m below the house), which borders an imposing rock shelter, typical of the landscapes of our limestone cliffs.

The cabin house

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
