Nestled at 1250 m, in a fully renovated 18th century farmhouse with beautiful amenities (private sauna and Nordic bath). The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

Ce lodge de 32m2, lumineux et spacieux, a été pensé et aménagé pour vous procurer une détente absolue. Avec son lit queen-size suspendu, son poêle à granulés, et son jacuzzi extérieur privatif couvert en cas de pluie, venez vivre une expérience relaxante au milieu de la nature. Grâce à la guirlande led sous le lit, choisissez l'ambiance que vous souhaitez. Dans un cadre intimiste, à l'abris des regards des deux autres lodges, profitez également de nos prestations gourmandes, et de bien-être.

FORT CHAUDON Appartement indépendant avec jardin dans ancienne fortification restaurée. Vue imprenable sur lac et montagne. Station de St-Jean Montclar à 3km , parapente sur place, plages du lac de Serre Ponçon à 5km. A l’intérieur, vous y trouverez tout le confort moderne (télévision, cuisine équipée, lave linge ) ; un grand lit en 160x200 et 2 lits 1 place. A l'extérieur et entourant le jardin: les murs de fortification au Nord et à l'Est, la vue sur le lac à l'Ouest (coucher de soleil !).

The chalet offers panoramic views of the peaks from all sides. In addition to the living room, whose bay windows give the impression of living in the landscape, the floor offers 3 bedrooms (2 closed) and a bathroom, all with large openings to multiply the points of view. The interior design, a mixture of authenticity and contemporary, adopts the chalet style as a common thread, in keeping with the dominant wood, left natural. The choice of shades and materials ensures a cocooning atmosphere.

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, recent and unique gîte was built with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glazed opening on the mountains without any opposite, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild valley of VALGAUDEMAR in the HAUTES-ALPES. Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing... many activities away from the big tourist complexes but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE SURROUNDED BY NATURE.
