Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the bigger highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming roof terrace, from which you will not get tired of enjoying it. We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people and is fully equipped. It has 1 bedroom (double bed) and a living room with TV, sitting area and a sofa bed (1.40 x 2 m). The kitchen has a stove, microwave, sitting area and includes everything necessary for cooking or baking. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower.
