Tamerlan is one of the best hosts and people you’ll ever find. He helped me with a great many things and I can say we really got along. He went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. 🫐🌻✨ reliable and trustworthy and kind. The apartment is stunningly new and clean and in a wonderful cozy neighbourhood with all amenities nearby. The city centre is only a 20 minute drive away. But a world class mall is only a four minute drive away. And the less travelled mountains are easily accessible.

Excellent place. Good location, walking distance from Green Bazaar and the Cathedral Ascension. Central Park is also 3-4 min walk. The decor of the apartment is also amazing. The apartment itself is very good. Spacious room and the lounge/sitting room was where we spent our time and watched TV at night. Internet facility is available , you can easily log in to Netflix and watch movies. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything you can think of, right from oil, salt, sugar to cheese grater and other cooking accessories. The same goes for the bathroom. neat and clean, he provided clean towels, tooth brush and tooth paste along with ear cleaning buds. I mean these people take care of everything and provide everything. You think of it and it's there in the house. The sweetest gesture was the box of chocolates that was kept for us as a welcome present. Overall, we had a great experience.

We had an amazing experience at this place! Damir was incredibly helpful, cooperative, and a fantastic host. He provided great contacts for drivers and local visits, making our trip even more convenient. The property itself is spacious and absolutely wonderful and it felt like home. His father was also very kind and always available to assist whenever we needed anything. All the rooms were clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
