Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Scarborough State Beach

Our stay was fantastic. I had a little trouble unlocking (user error) and Claire was very quick to help out. The house was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Joseph messaged me after check in to make sure everything was to our standards. It exceeded all expectations. The furniture and beds were Very comfortable and clean. The house is very close to an excellent bagel shop and only 10 minutes from downtown Newport. We felt right at home. Will definitely be back!

We visited our college daughter and stayed at Anne’s house for Easter weekend . It is so peaceful and beautiful . The art is really awesome . We enjoyed looking at each piece. Would love to visit again .

The home was even better than the photos. It was clear that there was a lot of time and energy put into creating a welcoming unique environment. The beds were comfortable the game room was perfect to relax, play arcade games or work remotely. The fire pit on the balcony was a great touch and welcome after going to the restaurants and locations that were recommended. Shannon was extremely responsive and the guest binder was a great touch. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It’s the perfect location and place to stay.

Pat is a Superhost Extraordinaire! Felt at home in charming and comfortable house. Fully equipped kitchen with snacks too! The space is super clean with towels galore. Pat has thought of everything and more .... Cannot ask for a more thoughtful and generous host! The location is walkable to Brown University and parking is convenient on premises. There is even an outdoor space to relax (weather permitting). Wifi worked great. Thank you for making our stay in Providence so enjoyable!

Could not have been happier with our weekend stay. The home was perfect for our two families with young children. There was plenty of space for everyone, everything was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. Lots of added touches. The host was also extremely responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you so much!

We came to town for the marathon and Mary and Dwight’s place had the comfy couch and beds we needed for a relaxing recovery. They were proactive and responsive hosts and had easy check in and check out instructions! We enjoyed our stay in Newport and several of their local recommendations.

Kevin was clear on instructions from the start of the reservation to the end. He was responsive the couple times I did message him. The place was clean. my peers enjoyed it no complaints. The house was Also close to the location that we needed it to be close by. everything was good no complaints

Nice place to stay. Easy to find and was quiet and had all the essentials.

Nice large apartment with all you need. The location is great for getting around, either by walking or the easy public transit system. Comfortable and homey. There is a possibility of a lot of late night noise outside (two nights out of two for us) due to its location, but we slept well anyway. It was great to be able to do laundry in the building.

This is a must-stay!! We had a wonderful time and Brandon and Danielle were wonderful hosts! The house was absolutely beautiful, had all of the amenities we needed, and was walking distance to downtown Newport. Brandon made sure we had a pack n play and high chair in house for our 17-month old which was so very helpful. He also responded to our texts within minutes. We will absolutely be back! I've been to Newport many times on day trips, but never for an overnight. My partner had never been to Rhode Island, so I thought it would be fun to stay in downtown Newport and explore while also visiting with family in Providence. Pelham Court could not be more convenient. Perfectly located across from the waterfront, the property is safe, secure and convenient. A big plus is off-street parking. Our one-bedroom unit was awesome. Spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. Although we were in the middle of everything, we had peace and quiet. The Pelham Court team were awesome: responsive, friendly, helpful and ready to offer local insights, including when we just wanted to stay in and order pizza. I would highly recommend this as your Newport getaway that's close to everything. Great accommodations, great location, and great professional support.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had a lot of character and charm, not to mention very clean. Trip and Christina were thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond with special touches like extra toiletries. The location was perfect—close to downtown and within walking distance of some great breakfast spots, which was ideal for morning walks with our dog. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location! Easily accessible to the beach either via driving or walking. Quiet area. It was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

truly cannot beat the location if you are visiting college hill or downtown providence! took 12 mins to walk from the convention center bus stop and 3 mins to brown's main green
