Our cottage is on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. 15 km to the Ellwangen State Garden Show. The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognised recreational area since 2010, meeting the climatic and air hygiene requirements. Lots of hiking bike rides in the area. Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shopping , Pitches in front of and next to the house.

Brand new in 2022: The white owl is a bright vacation home, located directly next to our barn. The house offers four beautiful bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms and three toilets. There are two free extra mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the adjoining dining room. The sofa corner offers plenty of space and a large flat-screen TV. The terrace is directly accessible and our farm has many more beautiful places that can be used.

This stylish property is perfect for families and couples. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, climbing on the Rosenstein and for excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland or the Swabian Park are also not far away! (About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180 x 200 and the other box spring bed is 140 x 200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!
