The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the first floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a relax sofa. Our place is in Ochsenhausen, close to Biberach an der Riss, Ulm and Memmingen. You'll love our place because of the cozy apartment in a very friendly neighborhood. The view from our balcony to the historic monastery complex and the shopping facilities within walking distance is also particularly beautiful. The place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers/fitters, and families (with kids, too).

"Cozy apartment with terrace" The new apartment, lovingly furnished by us with one bedroom and a sofa bed (in the living and kitchen area), fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom, is about ten minutes walk from the train station and approx. 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, in the Biberach district "Talfeld". 2 minutes' walk away is an EDEKA market with a bakery.
