Our modern vacation rental, completed in 2018, is located in the district of Dachau. The proximity to Munich and the nearby S-Bahn [suburban railway] with a direct connection is perfect for your vacation. As soon as you enter the high-quality apartment, you will feel comfortable. TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. Beautiful wooden terrace and garden with table tennis and trampoline!

From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city centre, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with approx. 120 sqm of living space is located on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is also a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

Your home near Munich

Whether an appointment at the Munich Fair (40 minutes by car, 55 by train), a visit to the Oktoberfest or cycling in the Hopfenland Hallertau: Our bright, spacious and well-equipped apartment is ready for everything. The free city bus takes you to the train station in five minutes. From there, you can reach Munich in 23-35 minutes and Ingolstadt in 20 minutes every half hour during the day. The airport is a 35-minute drive away, and picturesque Regensburg is 45 minutes away.

Apartment with garden

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 square meters) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, use the large garden. By bus and transfer to the train (journeys from 7 am - 10 pm), you can reach Munich Central Station in approx. 60 minutes. The bus leaves every hour on weekdays and every two hours on weekends and public holidays.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
