There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. We are renting out a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking space. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 m²) with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a sleeping area. You can use the large garden to relax. You can reach Munich Central Station in about 60 minutes by bus and train (services from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.). The bus runs hourly to Hilgertshausen on weekdays, and only every two hours on weekends and public holidays.

The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
