It is located on the second floor without an elevator with a private balcony. It is not suitable as a fitter's accommodation.

If you like it rather unconventional, this is the right place for you. The loft is located in a very quiet courtyard in a farm building from the turn of the last century. There are 2 workshops (no noise!) for design students in the private courtyard. The Airbnb is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor are our private rooms and a studio. Here you will find a perfect retreat with a wide view of the greenery just 10 minutes from the city center.

It is about 20 minutes to the city centre by car, and about 30 minutes by train or bike. There are two bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed (1x box spring bed, 1x sofa bed) and a fold-out bed. Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.

Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.
