The spacious studio apartment is located on the top floor of a newly renovated apartment building in a central location in Weingarten. The city centre with its beautiful basilica and various shopping facilities, as well as the university of applied sciences, are only a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is perfect for a family holiday, to explore the surrounding area with its many sights and leisure activities, or for professionals looking for a special temporary home.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.
