The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. Fulda 6 km downtown, 7 WeltenTherme 2 km, Wasserkuppe 14 km. Downtown Fulda 6 km.

High-quality, lovingly & ecologically renovated apartment on the first floor of a historic building (built ~1520) in a cul-de-sac in the middle of Fulda. The city center is a 3-minute walk. Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy, and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking spaces are available at the top of the street for free. By car, you'll be downtown in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes walking from the apartment. Shopping is good at the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. By foot about 18 min.

The well-kept in-law is located in a quiet location below the Rauschenberg in a residential area. Shopping and a pizzeria as well as a bakery are within walking distance. Downtown and train station are also only about 30 minutes walk away. Cathedral concerts, musicals in the city castle or even the events on Hessentag 2026 can be reached in 2 minutes by bus or relaxed on foot. With us, you are quiet but still close to the city.

At the foot of the Frauenberg, directly on the Fulda river, we rent a holiday apartment in our historic watermill, renovated in 2021, with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.
