The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

If you stay in this apartment, all the major points of interest are close by. The apartment is 40m ². It has 1 sleeping area, 1 shower room and is therefore ideal for vacation alone, as a couple, in family or with a good friend. There is also a permanent parking space at your disposal as well as a cozy balcony. In front of the house you will find an equipped barbecue area . Within walking distance you can reach the beach, train station and shopping within 2-3 minutes.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

Unser Haus selbst beherbergt 2 Ladengeschäfte, einen Modeladen und das Küsteneck, randvoll mit rügentypischem Souveniers. Viele Geschäfte säumen die Hauptstraße.
